Adventurer Josh Gates investigates whether the Yeti, also known as the abominable snowman, is real as he travels through Nepal and Bhutan in search of the truth behind the legend.
1) Return of the Yeti
Adventurer Josh Gates investigates whether the Yeti is real as he travels, beginning in Kathmandu in the series premiere, in search of scientific evidence of the legendary abominable snowman.
2) The Monster and the Mountain
Josh Gates continues his hunt for the elusive Yeti while ascending higher into the Himalayas to explore caves, examine ancient artifacts and investigate the mystical ties the legendary creature holds with the Nepalese people.
3) Out of Thin Air
Josh Gates’ quest takes him to the frozen slopes of Mount Everest and to the isolated forests of Bhutan, where he uses bait in hopes of forcing a personal encounter with the Yeti.
4) Unmasking the Myth
Josh’s hunt for the Yeti comes to a conclusion as he rafts into the remotest corners of Bhutan to capture evidence of the reclusive creature. Once back in the U.S., everything that Josh has collected is analyzed to determine if the Yeti is actually real.
